What counts as a task?

One task is one run of an assistant or tool. If you redo a piece of work, that is another task — the same way real work behaves. In practice most owners run two or three a week, so the Pro allowance is built so you never have to think about it.

How does per-user pricing work?

Each paid plan has a base price covering your first user, then a lower per-user/month rate for each additional user. The pricing card shows the monthly rate and whether the selected cadence is paid yearly.

What's the difference between Pro and Advanced?

Pro unlocks the full Maya AI workspace, 500 tasks a month, the AI Courses Library, 50 visuals, and standard support. Advanced removes the task cap, adds the AI Progress dashboard, increases visuals to 200, and adds priority support.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, anytime. Yearly is billed annually and works out cheaper than paying month to month.
