    What Maya Skills is

Maya Skills is a set of short, practical courses on using AI sensibly at work. Each lesson takes about ten minutes. There is nothing to install and no special tool to learn: you read a short lesson, try the idea on a real job from your own week, check your answer, and keep what you made.

Maya Skills is included with the Pro, Advanced and Enterprise plans. It is not sold separately.

    The three levels

    • Level 1, Foundations. Getting Started with AI at Work, and Using AI Safely at Work. Start here if you are new to AI, or if you want clear habits before you use it on real work.
    • Level 2, Practitioner. AI for Marketing, AI for Sales, and AI for Everyday Business Work. Pick the one that matches your job.
    • Level 3, Advanced. Leading AI Adoption in Your Team, and Turning Repeated Work into AI Workflows. For owners, managers and team leads.

Each level opens when you have finished the one before it. You can see the whole path, with every course outline, before you start.

    How to start

    1. Sign in and open My Learning.
    2. Choose Maya Skills.
    3. Pick a course that is ready and press Start course.

Courses that are still locked show a short note about what to finish first. You can read their lesson list, but you cannot start them yet.

    Learning with the AI companion

Inside a lesson you can ask the course companion a question. It answers from the lesson you are reading. If your question is about something in another lesson, it says so and lists the course's other lessons so you can look there. The quick buttons (quiz me, key words, what do I do next) do not use AI at all.

    Certificates

When you finish a course you can open its certificate. It says you completed the course. It is a record of the course you finished, not a qualification.

    If your plan ends

Your progress and certificates are kept. Lessons lock, and reactivating your plan returns you to where you stopped.

    Questions people ask

Do I need a paid plan? Yes. Maya Skills is included with Pro, Advanced and Enterprise. On a Free account you can see what each course covers but not start it.

Do I have to take the courses in order? Inside a level you can take the courses in any order. A level opens once you have finished the one before it.

Is the content legal, financial or HR advice? No. The courses teach common-sense habits. If your work is regulated, ask your own adviser as well.

Can my team use it? Teammates on your plan can start the courses themselves. Team progress appears in the AI Progress dashboard on the Advanced plan.
